Job summary

Coreforce is seeking a Field Engineer to support public safety technology deployments remotely and collaboratively. You will advise customers, coordinate with PMs and the Regional Field Engineer Supervisor, and assist the operations team on-site tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in Networking and certifications such as MCP, A+, or Network+. Strong communication and technical writing skills, hands-on wiring knowledge, and the ability to travel as required are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Networking preferred.
• MCP, A+, Network+ preferred.
• Experience in networking, IT and vehicle wiring systems.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers, PMs, and stakeholders on daily site status.
• Collaborate with PMs and Field Supervisor on deployments.
• Support field team on-site with issues as they arise.
• Assist Operations with training, production, and documentation.
• Travel as required.
