Job summary

PEG, LLC is actively seeking candidates to perform Home Energy Audits and energy efficiency assessments within a 100-mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA. You will gain paid on-the-job training to inspect, collect data, and test building performance according to RESNET guidelines.

The role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel daily to job sites, and a commitment to safety while working on outdoor construction sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HERS Rater, Energy Star, Green Building, ACCA 310 HVAC Grading, IECC, HVAC EPA, BPI, LEED certifications are a plus.
• 2 years of work experience in HVAC, home remodeling, or construction is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform Home Energy Audits following RESNET/Energy Star guidelines, including visual inspections and testing.
• Develop relationships with builders and code officials through professional communication.
