Job summary

Parsons is seeking a skilled Engineering Technician to support FAA TSSC-5 as part of the NAS infrastructure team. You will install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain a range of electronic systems across the National Airspace System.

Working under supervision, you will read schematics, follow FAA orders, and collaborate with senior technicians to ensure mission-critical reliability. The role requires travel up to 100% within the USA and a valid safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Five plus years of working knowledge in electronics and RF.
• Must meet customer security requirements and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, test, troubleshoot, repair, and preventive maintenance on NAS electronic systems.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals; follow FAA orders and site procedures.
• Assist field installations and site work; route, terminate, and test cables; power-up systems.
• Document maintenance logs, service tickets, and test results; provide redline information to seniors.
