Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Electronics Technician III to support the FAA under the TSSC-5 contract. You will install, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic systems across the NAS, following FAA directives and Parsons procedures.

This role requires travel up to 100% in the USA, strong schematic reading, and use of test equipment. You will work with senior technicians and engineers to ensure safety and quality on site and in facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• 5+ years of working knowledge of basic analog and digital electronics.
• Fundamentals of RF and communications equipment.
• Use of standard electronic test equipment (DMMs, basic scopes, signal generators).

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, relocation, and removal of electronic systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems to the unit, board, or module level.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Assist in field installations and site work under TSSC‑5.
• Configure and operate standard electronic test instruments.
• Maintain calibration and document test results.
• Follow FAA and Parsons safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior technicians, engineers, project managers, and FAA representatives.
