Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Electronics Technician III to support FAA TSSC-5 across the National Airspace System. The role includes installation, testing, and maintenance of electronic systems, following FAA directives and safety policies.

The position requires travel up to 100% within the USA, adherence to security requirements, and collaboration with project teams to meet contract objectives on a multi-year, multi-region program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Be able to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Background check by federal authorities will be performed.
• Able to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, and remove electronic systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair to unit, board, or module level using standard test equipment.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and interconnect drawings; follow FAA procedures.
• Document maintenance logs, tickets, and test results; provide redline information when needed.
• Collaborate with senior technicians, engineers, and FAA representatives to support project objectives.
