Qualifications

• Essential duties include diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding mechanical assemblies.
• Maintain HF seam welding and aluminum end-weld equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical control systems up to 480V and assist PLC/HMI swaps.
• Follow safety standards and CMMS work orders.

Responsibilities

• Tube Mill Mechanical Maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, and utilities.
• Ensure repairs meet engineered, code-compliant standards.
• Train lower-level technicians and support on-call rotation.
• Maintain facility infrastructure and organize tools and parts.
