Job summary

Pilot Water Solutions in Wink, Texas is seeking an Electrician to support infrastructure across the Permian/Delaware Basin. The role involves driving experience, reading schematics, and installing panels, with a focus on safety and reliability.

You will work under the Field Electrical Foreman and be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment in all weather and field conditions. Must be self-motivated with strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Drive experience and access system experience.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and technical skills.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be insurable by the company's insurer.

Responsibilities

• Identify, install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults/systems.
• Read blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Install control and distribution apparatus, such as switches, relays and circuit-breaker panels, and fasten in place with crews or bolts using hand or power tools.
• Communicate with customers professionally, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Replace boards in drives, fuses, and PME setup.
• Schedule horsepower issues.
• Assist with other duties as assigned based on company needs.
• Submit timesheets timely and adhere to the schedule.
