Pilot Water Solutions in Wink, Texas is seeking an Electrician to support infrastructure across the Permian/Delaware Basin. The role involves driving experience, reading schematics, and installing panels, with a focus on safety and reliability.
You will work under the Field Electrical Foreman and be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment in all weather and field conditions. Must be self-motivated with strong work ethic.
The Electrician provides operational supporting the infrastructure needs throughout the Permian/Delaware Basin area. This individual has experience with drives, motors, batteries, and access systems. Must be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Compensation commensurate with experience. This position reports to the Field Electrical Foremanout of our Wink, Texas office.

Identifying, Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing of equipment and electrical faults/systems
Read blueprints and wiring schematics
Installs control and distribution apparatus, such as switches, relays and circuit- breaker panels, and fastens in place with crews or bolts using hand or power tools
Communicate with customers in a professional, and respectful manner, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability
Replaces boards in drives, fuses, setup PME.
Schedules horsepower issues.
Assist with other duties as assigned based on company needs.
Complies with all Company policies and procedures; adheres and is compliant to safety and environmental guidelines.
Submits own timesheets timely and accurately for approval and adheres to schedule as agreed upon on the date of hire, and adjusted work schedules thereafter based on company needs.

High school education or equivalent such as a GED.
Must be 18 years of age
Drive experience, access system experience
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Communication, organizational and Technical Skills
Must hold a valid driver's license, be able to safely operate a Company-issued motor vehicle and be deemed insurable by the Company's insurance provider as a contingency of continued employment.
Minimum of 5 years electrical of oil and gas field experience
Drive experience, Access System experience
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds (e.g., line locator) in awkward positions and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds (e.g., box of flags) from floor to waist, including sustained lifting over 50 pounds for extended periods.
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and otherwise navigate uneven or rural terrain for extended periods of time.
Must be able to use hands and arms for handling, reaching, feeling, and fine manipulation.
Must be able to communicate effectively, including the ability to talk and hear.
Must be able to drive and sit for extended periods, including operating a vehicle in various conditions.
Individual may be required to be on call and respond to field emergencies after hours as needed.
Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions and may involve exposure to extreme temperatures (hot, cold), wind, rain, snow, sleet, ice, humidity, dust, and other environmental elements, as well as loud noises and occupational hazards, including electrical hazards.
Frequently required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent exposure to hazardous materials.
May be exposed to H2S and other industry related chemicals.
May be subject to working in low-lit areas from time to time.
May encounter wildlife.
