Job summary

Advantage Technical seeks a Field Electrician for a turbine outage power plant project in Berwick, PA. You will perform electrical work, assist instrumentation and plant technicians during inspections, and support troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

The role requires prior power plant experience and offers $35.00-$37.00/hour with overtime, on a 12-hour night shift schedule, plus travel starting 9/13. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Location: Berwick, PA

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $37.00/hour + Overtime

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week (night shift)

Experience Requirements:

• Previous power plant experience required
• Electrical maintenance or industrial electrical experience preferred
• Ability to work extended hours in an industrial environment
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Compensation & Travel Benefits:

• Time-and-a-half pay after 40 hours worked
• $178 daily per diem
• Paid travel time (8 hours each way)
