Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software(CMMS).
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform major maintenance, engine overhauls, troubleshooting, and repairs at power generation plants.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and rotating equipment systems.
• Travel up to 80% to multiple sites including Argus, IN; Severn, MD; Smithfield, NC.
• Read and interpret technical documents and schematics to support maintenance activities.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED required

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Technical certification, trade school, or associate degree in industrial maintenance, diesel technology, electrical technology, or related field
• Experience working on CAT G3500 and/or CAT G3600 engines
• Previous experience in landfill gas, renewable natural gas, or power generation operations
• Experience leading maintenance crews or coordinating outage activities
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as EMaint
• OEM training or overhaul certification
