Job summary

Blattner Energy, LLC is seeking a Commissioning Laborer to support utility-scale energy projects across the United States, from installation to operation. You will help with wiring, panel connections, inverters, and turbine electrical systems while assisting the team in testing and troubleshooting to keep systems safe and operational.

This outdoor role requires travel to job sites (100%), physical work, and passing a background/drug screen.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 100% to job sites.
• Testing experience with electrical systems (Megger, VOC, IV Curve, Voltage) is a plus.
• NFPA70E certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with finalizing electrical connections, panels, inverters, and turbine components.
• Test, inspect, and troubleshoot solar and wind systems to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
