Job summary

Blattner Company is hiring a Commissioning Laborer to support utility-scale projects across the United States. You will assist with wiring, panels, inverters, and turbine components, and help troubleshoot solar and wind systems outdoors.

Expect 100% travel to job sites with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and hands-on electrical work. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding simple instructions or memos.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background, drug and alcohol screen.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to job site (100% travel).
• Able to lift and carry 40+ pounds.
• Understands safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with finalizing electrical connections, panels, inverters, and turbine components.
• Test, inspect, and troubleshoot solar and wind systems to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment on site.
• Perform other labor-related tasks as needed.
