Job summary

Dematic is seeking an experienced industrial electrical Lead to direct field installation crews across client facilities. You will oversee electrical distribution, motor controls, PLC-driven conveyors, VFDs, MCCs, and safety systems, ensuring work adheres to schedule and safety standards.

You will coordinate outages and commissioning with cross-functional teams, read drawings, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain high-quality installations while traveling to customer sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical installation projects in industrial environments.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and wiring schematics.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70/70E requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead field electrical installation teams and subcontractors with safety, quality, productivity, and schedule in mind.
• Plan electrical cut-ins, equipment replacements, and system upgrades at client sites.
• Coordinate outages, startups, and commissioning with project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manpower, and schedule; provide site status updates.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with PPE and regulations.
