Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in electrical field supervision on commercial/industrial projects.
• Journeyman Electrician License in the operating state (or reciprocity eligible).
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA and electrical safety codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Proven leadership, time management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and managing field crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians, foremen, and subcontractors on job sites.
• Ensure work complies with company standards, specifications, and electrical codes.
• Monitor workplace safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Interpret blueprints to guide installations and resolve discrepancies.
• Schedule manpower and daily assignments to meet timelines.
• Oversee material ordering, delivery and inventory management.
• Participate in job walks, pre-construction and planning meetings.
• Interface with Project Manager to track progress and budgets.
• Maintain daily logs, inspections, and change orders.
• Troubleshoot field electrical and instrumentation issues.
• Provide training and mentorship to foremen and field crews.
