Job summary

CML Security seeks a hands-on Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on active commercial construction sites. You will coordinate crews, troubleshoot field issues, read electrical and low-voltage drawings, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This field-based role requires regular site presence and collaboration with project teams. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of low-voltage construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor junior technicians

Qualifications

• Hands-on field-based leadership in commercial electrical and low-voltage projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and technical documents.
• Experience leading field crews on active construction sites and coordinating day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on multiple projects.
• Coordinate project startup, execution, completion and closeout.
• Manage field drawings, changes, and documentation.
• Monitor schedule, manpower, and resources; resolve delays.
• Mentor technicians and ensure safety and quality standards.
