Job summary

Design Hire LLC in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to oversee field execution for complex electrical construction projects. You will manage crews, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, reviewing drawings and schedules, and performing QA/QC checks to meet project requirements. Procore and strong field leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent or similar role in low voltage/electrical construction.
• Experience with fire alarm, security, telecom, or related systems.
• Experience on complex commercial/industrial facilities preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and CAD-based documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise low voltage electrical construction activities (fire alarm, security, telecom).
• Coordinate daily field work with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, schedules, RFIs, and field conditions to support progress.
• Perform QA/QC to ensure code standards and installation quality.
• Track field progress, materials, manpower using project management tools.
