Job summary

JDC Power Systems, LLC is seeking an Electrical Service Technologist to diagnose and repair electrical distribution and industrial control systems across customer sites in the United States. The role focuses on troubleshooting transformers, breakers, LV/MV switchgear, and protective relays while maintaining strict safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair on-site electrical systems and controls
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair on-site electrical systems and controls to keep operations running
• Run diagnostics, isolate root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Commission and startup systems to customer specs, verify functionality end-to-end
• Serve as primary customer interface during service visits and provide training as needed
• Document time, inventory, and test results; generate reports and feedback
