Job summary

Jereh North America Group in Midland, TX, seeks an experienced After Sales Service Electrician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems on E-Frac equipment, PDUs, control houses, turbine-driven power systems, and automated pump technologies. This is a customer-facing, standalone field service role requiring technical competence, professionalism, and independence.

The successful candidate must respond to urgent callouts, represent Jereh at customer sites, and maintain high fleet

Qualifications

• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical and mechanical systems in field/operational environments.
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions without direct supervision.
• Strong customer communication skills during equipment downtime or high-pressure situations.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, electrical sensors, switches, and motor controls.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and automated control systems for Jereh E-Frac equipment, including PLCs, AC/DC circuits, VFDs, motor controls, and safety circuits.
• Perform electrical maintenance on systems operating at 24V, 120V, 240V, 480V and MV/HV equipment.
• Independently respond to after-hours and emergency callouts to diagnose and restore equipment functionality at customer sites.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to support repairs and system optimization.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, including inspections, troubleshooting notes, repairs, and parts usage.
• Apply and enforce safety protocols including MSHA, NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements.
• Travel to support equipment across regions including West Texas, South Texas, New Mexico, Pennsylvania and other basins.
