Job summary

ERock is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for field-based work at the San Antonio location. You will maintain generators, switchgear, and 24V control cabinets, diagnosing faults and performing repairs in outdoor environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with 3-phase power systems, generator controls, and a strong ability to read electrical schematics. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience with generators, switchgear, or 24V controls.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot 3-phase systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check; able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain generators, switchgear, circuit breakers, and 24V cabinets.
• Troubleshoot 3-phase power systems and generator controls.
• Diagnose faults in electrical panels and motor controls.
• Log work orders and track time via mobile tools.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
