Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Electrical Installation Lead – Low Voltage Devices & Controls to drive installation, configuration, and validation of field devices and low-voltage control systems for automation and material handling equipment across multiple fulfillment center sites.

You will manage installation crews, ensure proper device mounting, wiring, and commissioning readiness, and coordinate with controls and IT teams on readiness and energization.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in fast-paced automated industrial environments.
• 5+ years in industrial electrical installation, controls installation, or similar.
• Experience leading electrical device installation crews and field teams.
• Familiarity with low-voltage control systems (24VDC, sensors, VFDs) and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews for low-voltage device installation and configuration on MHE systems.
• Oversee VFD installation, I/O wiring, and panel connections.
• Direct installation of field devices, sensors, and safety components.
• Coordinate with other teams (power distribution, controls engineering, IT) for readiness and energization.
• Ensure QC, labeling, and documentation meet standards.
