Job summary

Interstates is looking for an on-site Field Leader in Aberdeen, SD to supervise a crew of 3–15 while coordinating with foremen and project managers. This role requires travel within the Aberdeen area, robust electrical knowledge, and a focus on safety and efficiency on industrial construction sites.

You will lead daily field activities, mentor team members, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, with opportunities for advancement through demonstrated leadership and performance.

Qualifications

• Desire and experience being on-site industrial electrical projects.
• Must have some experience leading a crew.
• Desire to be part of building a team and a culture.
