Job summary

Interstates is seeking a Field Leader to oversee industrial electrical projects nationwide. You will lead a crew on-site, coordinate with foremen and superintendents, and ensure safety, planning, and quality across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have on-site industrial electrical project leadership experience, a state-issued journeyman license (or Masters), and a commitment to building a strong team culture while traveling across the United States.

Qualifications

• Desire and experience being on-site industrial electrical projects.
• Must have some experience leading a crew.
• Desire to be part of building a team and a culture.
• Must have a state-issued journeyman electrician’s license (or equivalent‑masters).

Responsibilities

• Lead a field team of 3–15 people, on-site and on-tools when needed.
• Oversee project execution: cost, schedule, productivity, safety.
• Promote safety by actively participating in the safety program.
• Build productive relationships with onsite client representatives and trades.
• Coach and mentor teammates to help them achieve full potential.
• Understand project plans and plan for project success.
• Maintain strong electrical/construction knowledge; perform other duties as assigned.
