A commercial real estate and investment group in Chino, CA, is seeking a property accountant to manage a portfolio of 2 shopping centers with 60 tenants. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. Experience with real estate property accounting and Yardi software is preferred.

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned property accountant passionate about numbers and detail-oriented. This role offers an opportunity to showcase expertise, develop skills, and impact our company's financial health.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all accounting aspects for a property portfolio.
2. Perform CAM reconciliations and prepare annual tenant CAM reconciliations.
3. Process property-related financial transactions in Yardi.
4. Prepare financial statements and reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
5. Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
6. Collaborate with property managers on budgets and forecasts.
7. Assist with tax returns and regulatory reporting.
8. Implement strategies to improve accounting efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of property accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Yardi and CAM reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
