Latent AI is seeking a full-time Environmental Health & Safety Technician at our headquarters in Bastrop, TX. You will oversee mining and construction safety, ensuring compliance with EHS programs and enhancing overall safety culture.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in related fields and possess excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. This role includes maintaining safety documentation and conducting regular safety assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in mining, construction, manufacturing, or environmental sectors.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 10+ hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mining and construction safety at The Boring Company Factory.
• Maintain a strong presence with stakeholders to foster a safety culture.
• Perform site safety walks and job hazard assessments.
• Organize, file, and maintain safety documentation and collect environmental data.
