Job summary

The Boring Company seeks a day shift EHS Technician at its Bastrop, TX headquarters. You will support day-to-day EHS operations, conduct inspections, collect data, and help improve EHS processes.

Reporting to the Director of Safety & Security, you will oversee mining and construction safety and assist in training and documentation. Responsibilities include site safety walks, hazard assessments, SOP development, safety signage, lockout/tagout support, and environmental data collection to support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or higher) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year or more of experience in mining, construction, manufacturing, or environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong presence with stakeholders and mining operations/engineering staff to foster safety culture.
• Perform Site Safety Walks and Job Hazard Assessments; review SOPs and work practices for safety concerns; support toolbox talks and PPE distribution.
