Job description

The Safety & Health Technician supports the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company's safety and health programs across company's surface mining operations, processing facilities, bagging plant, and support facilities. This role works directly in the field with miners, supervisors, and management to promote safe work practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen a positive, proactive safety culture.

The Safety & Health Technician serves as a visible safety presence, conducting inspections, observations, training support, and incident investigations while acting as a coach and resource for miners and leadership alike.

Beneficial Skills
