Job summary

Astro Pak is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety and Regulatory Field Specialist to support Field Operations. You will visit active work sites, identify hazards, assess safety practices, and aid incident investigations while helping teams strengthen day-to-day safety.

Travel regionally up to 80% and work on-site across multiple locations. The role suits candidates with 1–3 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in QEHS or regulatory programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Health Physics, Fire Prevention, or related field.
• Experience implementing or supporting safety programs across multiple sites.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid Class C driver’s license.
• Ability to meet applicable requirements under U.S. export control laws.
• Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification strongly preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess safety in the field: conduct job walks, inspections, and QEHS assessments.
• Help teams plan safe work: support safety plans, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Support incident investigations: gather info, facilitate root cause discussions, recommend actions.
• Partner with operations leaders: communicate findings and advise on safety.
