Job summary

Astro Pak Corporation is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety and Regulatory Field Specialist to visit active job sites regionally, assess hazards, and help teams strengthen day-to-day safety practices. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field, and the ability to travel up to 80% across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in safety, QEHS, or regulatory programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required in safety or related field.
• Strong communication and follow-through to implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field QEHS assessments at customer sites and facilities.
• Support site safety plans and identify program gaps.
• Assist investigations and propose corrective actions.
• Communicate findings to managers and operations teams.
• Deliver safety training and awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Maintain records and documentation of assessments and actions.
• Help implement applicable EHS requirements across locations.
