Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in North Carolina seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to support two operations. This is a field-focused role for someone who can build strong relationships with employees and supervisors while driving safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities include leading EHS programs, conducting field inspections, investigating incidents, and maintaining training records, permits, sampling records, manifests, and agency documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in an industrial environment such as chemical, mining, manufacturing, or utilities.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting inspections, recognizing hazards, investigating incidents, and managing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with environmental programs involving stormwater, waste, and chemical management.
• Experience and willingness to work in outdoor industrial environments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
