Qualifications

• Earned Masters in Social Work from a CSWE accredited institution and at least two years of post-MSW practice.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
• CSWE teaching and prior field education experience is expected.
• Interest in research and publication, plus student-centered instruction.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses at the Penn State Greater Allegheny campus in fall and spring.
• Publish in refereed journals and participate in professional organizations.
• Advise students and provide career guidance; engage in service activities.
• Develop new social work courses and contribute to CSWE accreditation efforts.
• Provide field education leadership and collaborate on community partnerships.
• Support multidisciplinary teamwork and online/hybrid teaching efforts.
