Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment seeks a self-directed Solutions Marketing Specialist to own positioning, packaging, and go-to-market narratives for frontline technology solutions. The role targets the Washington, DC area and requires U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance.

You will translate founder-level insights into scalable messaging, build GTM assets, and collaborate with defense primes and elite tech partners to drive field-ready outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product or solutions marketing experience with integrated hardware plus software systems for defense/industrial/frontline customers.
• Experience packaging and launching brand-new offerings from scratch.
• Experience executing joint marketing initiatives with defense primes or elite tech partners (e.g., Palantir, Northrop Grumman).
• STEM or technical academic background enabling translation of complex architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop audience-specific solution positioning and messaging for core verticals (military maintenance, commercial aviation, fleet operations).
• Build comprehensive go-to-market playbooks and collateral for sales enablement at scale.
• Partner with alliances to craft joint positioning and co-marketing strategies.
• Visit army bases, flight lines, and industrial facilities to align marketing with frontline outcomes.
• Own the quality of external-facing materials and narratives with autonomy.
