Job summary

Property Masters is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction and renovation projects in the field, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate subcontractors, solve problems, and keep projects on track in a fast-moving, non-desk environment.

The role requires 2–5 years in construction management, strong knowledge of general construction and estimating, and the ability to read plans.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of general construction and estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates based on each client’s scope of work.
• Lead subcontractor meetings to establish timelines, clarify expectations, and determine necessary permits.
• Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure projects progress smoothly and stay on schedule.
• Conduct weekly on-site visits for open projects; provide updates to corporate teams and clients.
• Identify challenges, client concerns, and potential roadblocks—and deliver effective, timely solutions.
