Property Masters is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction and renovation projects in the field, ensuring quality, efficiency and client satisfaction. You will coordinate subcontractors, solve problems, and keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of construction management experience.
• Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates based on client scope.
• Lead subcontractor meetings to establish timelines and permits.
• Prepare project bid status reports to ensure specifications and contract requirements.
• Oversee subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct weekly on-site visits and provide updates to teams and clients.
• Identify challenges and deliver timely solutions.
