Job summary

PowerPlan, Inc. is seeking an executive PMO Director to own a portfolio of up to 150 concurrent enterprise software engagements for energy and utility customers.

You will validate health, challenge forecasts, and implement corrective actions, harden the operating model, and develop PM Managers for predictable execution. This role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional governance, and the ability to drive Trustworthy data in Certinia PSA while partnering with Finance and Operations to

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in project-driven organizations.
• Proven track record leading a PMO turnaround or transformation.
• Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent enterprise software engagements.
• Strong understanding of Professional Services economics and revenue forecasting.
• Certinia PSA and Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish truth and delivery control across a portfolio of active engagements.
• Harden the delivery operating model with stage gates and governance rhythms.
• Build trustworthy portfolio data and forecasting in Certinia PSA as the system of record.
• Lead from the field, coaching PM Managers and project teams.
• Develop PMO talent and succession depth.
