Job summary

Launch Point Strategy, a full-service digital marketing agency, is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive integrated media growth across Pinellas County. This is a hybrid role with field relationship-building in the community and flexible work from home or our office.

You will identify opportunities, manage a defined book of business, design multi-channel programs, build relationships with business owners, partner with internal teams, and strive to exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Media or sales experience is a plus; hunter mindset preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident in prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new integrated media opportunities across our full digital and publishing portfolio.
• Manage and grow a defined book of business throughout Pinellas County.
• Design strategic, multi-channel marketing programs tailored to each client's goals.
• Build lasting relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Partner with internal teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
