Job summary

CW Resources, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support daily landscaping operations and assist Project Managers and Crew Leaders. This is a hands-on, field-focused role with on-site work and occasional coordination in the office.

The role requires 2–3 years in commercial landscaping, crew lead experience, OSHA knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office. Valid driver’s license and ability to access restricted properties are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate.
• 2–3 years experience in commercial landscaping or grounds management.
• 1+ years of landscaping crew lead experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and landscape practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to access restricted or government properties.

Responsibilities

• Support daily commercial landscaping operations and assist Project Managers and Crew Leaders.
• Spend most time on-site, learning the full project lifecycle and aiding field crews.
• Assist with scheduling, material tracking, and daily progress documentation.
• Participate in routine inspections to verify quality and contract compliance.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot landscaping equipment safely.
