Job summary

Tavistock Development Company is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Landscape Assistant Project Manager to support landscape operations and account management across our managed properties and communities. This role is central to keeping day-to-day field work, reporting, and vendor coordination running smoothly.

You'll be out in the field regularly, tracking conditions, coordinating repairs, and keeping every workstream organized and moving toward resolution.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of landscape operations experience, with field/crew supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Field & Reporting Support: conduct site walks, document conditions, and compile reports.
