Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from startup through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents, submittals, and construction scheduling.
• Comfortable managing budgets, monthly billings, and change orders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across owners, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety standards on all project sites and ensure compliance.
• Review contract documents, submittals, and shop drawings for accuracy.
• Coordinate startup tasks: permits, licenses, utilities, and temporary facilities.
• Schedule inspections with design teams and oversight agencies.
• Lead monthly Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and maintain key relationships.
• Manage project costs, budgets, and receivables; oversee change management.
