Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of plans, specifications, and construction sequencing.
• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with ground up, tenant improvement, or commercial renovations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, subcontractor management, procurement, documentation, and field support.
• Serve as the central communication hub between owners, architects, engineers, suppliers, and field teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
