Talon Drilling Company is seeking a reliable Driller's Helper in New Jersey to support drill crews in the field, assist with site prep, equipment handling, and sampling for environmental and geotechnical investigations.

You will load/unload tooling, help set up equipment, maintain clean sites, and follow safety protocols. This role involves outdoor work, travel, and teamwork for successful operations.

Qualifications

• CDL with clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform heavy manual labor.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist drill operators with setting up and breaking down drilling equipment.
• Load and unload tooling, equipment, and supplies.
• Handle soil and groundwater samples per procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and site regulations.
• Perform physical labor in outdoor conditions.
