Job summary

Astound is seeking an energetic Direct Sales Representative for residential field-based work across multiple markets in the United States. You will engage residents door-to-door to identify service needs, present options, and sign up customers for our fiber internet, TV, and related services.

You’ll start with a base salary and have uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $90,000+ depending on performance. Training launches in December with a flexible November/December start.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Face-to-face sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions with residents and property groups.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand properties within the portfolio and tailor offerings accordingly.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and service levels; explain obligations to customers.
• Understand needs and articulate tailored solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Stay informed about market competitors and trends.
