Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Service Technician to deliver and set up durable medical equipment in patient homes. You will operate a company 16' box truck, ensure safe handling, and provide clear equipment instructions with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities include field troubleshooting, accurate order completion in our web-based system, and readiness for overtime and on-call shifts. Competitive benefits and a $1,000 signing bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license for 5+ years.
• 1+ years delivery/healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous work.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner's Card.
• Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install medical equipment safely.
• Operate a company-owned 16' Box Truck.
• Instruct patients, family members, and caregivers on equipment functions.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs in the field.
• Complete all orders accurately in the web-based inventory system.
