Job summary

AdvaCare Systems is seeking a Service Technician to deliver, install, and troubleshoot Durable Medical Equipment (DME) in the Addison area. You will operate a 16' box truck, train patients and caregivers, and complete orders in our web-based system.

The role requires physical work and potential overtime, including weekends and evenings as needed. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a $1,000 signing bonus, with bi-weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• 1+ years of Delivery and/or Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to lift an average of 50 pounds and perform strenuous work.
• Basic phone/computer skills required.
• Ability to receive and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Card.
• Clean driving record and criminal background required; pre-employment drug screen conducted.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install Medical Equipment in a safe and timely manner.
• Safely operate a company-owned 16' Box Truck.
• Instruct patients, family members, and caregivers on equipment functions.
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting in the field.
• Accurately complete all orders in the inventory system.
