Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in industrial process engineering, automation, or digital applications.
• Experience with industrial automation systems and process models.
• Steel or metals industry experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support customers throughout the lifecycle of SMS Electric & Automation and Digital products.
• Collaborate with software development teams to test, validate, and improve applications.
• Provide technical support during sales, proposals, and customer workshops.
