Position Summary

Equipment Experts, Inc. is seeking additional Field Diesel Technicians for our team in Lakewood, WA.

The Field Diesel Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing quality assurance on field repairs for our customers. This role requires excellent diagnostic and repair skills, a collaborative approach, and a high level of experience with universal system functions.

Location: Lakewood, WA

Compensation: $25/hr. to $45/hr., based on experience, plus monthly bonuses. Sign-on bonus: $2,500; Six-month retention bonus: $2,500.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm, with some start time variance.

Requirements

  • Safe operation of service trucks.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 4+ years of experience in a production or fleet shop.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 pounds multiple times daily.
  • Wear PPE as required.
  • Stand for extended periods.
  • Work around hazardous materials and in various weather conditions.
