As a Field Diesel Mechanic – Customer Equipment Solutions (Service Tech III - Field Service - CES), you'll perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment with limited supervision, in a safe and professional manner. You will have opportunities to grow into higher Service Technician and leadership roles, while providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Safely maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on customer equipment using independent judgment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed daily.
• Upsell and demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Travel to customer sites for repair and maintenance; keep your service vehicle clean and professional.
• Assist with equipment and parts pick-up and delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• 3-5 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and engines.
• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs frequently.
