As a Field Diesel Mechanic – Customer Equipment Solutions (Service Tech III - Field Service - CES), you'll perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment, often with limited supervision, in a safe and professional manner. You will have opportunities to grow into higher technician and leadership roles, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on customer equipment, using independent judgment.
• Maintain documentation of work performed daily.
• Upsell and demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Travel to customer sites for repairs and maintenance; keep service vehicle clean and professional.
• Assist with equipment and parts pickup/delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• 3-5 years of experience with equipment repair/maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools and engines.
• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs.
