Job Description

As a Field Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech III - Field Service), you'll perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment safely and professionally. You will have opportunities to grow into higher Service Technician and leadership roles while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safe maintenance and repair of rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Travel to customer sites for repair/maintenance; maintain a clean and professional service vehicle
• Assist in training lower-level technicians
• Maintain work documentation accurately and promptly
• Assist with equipment and parts pickup/delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• 3-5 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools and engines
• Own tools applicable to the position
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs frequently
