As a Field Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech III - Field Service), you'll perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment safely and professionally. This role offers daily challenges and opportunities for advancement into higher technician and leadership roles within our Service Department. We rely on you to deliver exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Perform safe maintenance and repair of rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Travel to customer sites for repairs and maintenance; maintain a clean and professional service vehicle
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed
• Document work performed accurately and timely
• Assist with equipment and parts pick-up and delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• 3-5 years of experience in repairing/maintaining equipment and tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of engines
• Own tools applicable to the position
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs frequently
