As a Service Tech III (Field Service), you will perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment safely and professionally. This role offers opportunities for growth into higher technician and leadership roles, with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Conduct safe maintenance and repairs on rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Travel to customer sites for equipment repair and maintenance; maintain a clean and professional service vehicle.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
• Complete work documentation accurately and promptly.
• Assist with equipment and parts pick-up and delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• 3-5 years of experience in repairing and maintaining equipment and tools.
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of engines.
• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs frequently.
